In my last update about my intuitive eating journey I talked about not being able to give up the scale, but today I did it! I’ve been weighing myself every single Wednesday for four years. Today I didn’t. Today I didn’t get on the scale, and covered my bullet journal weight tracking spread with pretty tape.
I feel very good about this!
I’ve now been at this thing for three months. Some days are still difficult. Some days I still overeat. I’m working to move more and focus on how my body feels each day. This is a lifelong adventure. Not a race, and I’m absolutely here for it!
