I was down with a back injury for a few weeks. It was getting better, and I was feeling absolutely normal again so I decided to do a workout. Literally just 5 minutes on Ring Fit. Then I was chopping some spinach to make breakfast and boom! A cough and back pain was even worse than before. I’m bummed, mildly devastated. I really want to do what I want to do. I wand to play board games. I want to work on a puzzle. I want to be able to sit in a chair and work. I want to walk, do my squats, and not be broken. Yet here I sit. Unable to really focus on anything, just reading or watching tv. Trying to work most days, but feeling like a complete failure as a human.
I know it’s best to take care of myself and do the resting I need to do, but ugghhh. I JUST WANT TO DO THINGS!
